This includes: voice technology providers that power AI voice generation; calendar and CRM platforms you explicitly integrate with; payment processors for billing. AI Employee interactions may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, training, and accuracy purposes. Clients are responsible for complying with applicable call-recording disclosure laws in their jurisdictions. We provide configuration options to enable disclosure announcements in all jurisdictions.
We retain client data for as long as the account is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal and operational purposes. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for a configurable period (typically 90 days) and may be deleted sooner upon request.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access the information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; restrict or object to processing; data portability.
