This is a placeholder Privacy Policy for the prototype. Before launching to paying customers, this policy will be replaced with a properly reviewed legal document prepared by qualified counsel and aligned with applicable data-protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) for the jurisdictions served.

1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy describes how Roofers AI Employee ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, submit a prototype request, or become a client of our Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact information you provide in forms: name, business name, email, phone number, business website.
  • Business information sourced from publicly available websites and profiles for the purpose of training your AI Employee.
  • Usage data from our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source.
  • Communication data generated by your AI Employee during calls, texts, and chat conversations, including transcripts and recordings where applicable.

3. How we use your information

We use collected information to: (a) deliver and operate the Service; (b) build and train your AI Employee prototype and deployment; (c) communicate with you about your account and the Service; (d) improve the quality and safety of our models; (e) comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share information with third parties only as necessary to operate the Service. This includes: voice technology providers that power AI voice generation; calendar and CRM platforms you explicitly integrate with; payment processors for billing. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Call recording & transcripts

AI Employee interactions may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, training, and accuracy purposes. Clients are responsible for complying with applicable call-recording disclosure laws in their jurisdictions. We provide configuration options to enable disclosure announcements in all jurisdictions.

6. Data retention

We retain client data for as long as the account is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal and operational purposes. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for a configurable period (typically 90 days) and may be deleted sooner upon request.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access the information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; restrict or object to processing; data portability. 8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are located outside the jurisdiction where our infrastructure is hosted, your data may be transferred to and processed in that jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
